This release introduces security fixes for SSO pre-account takeover and internal PII leakage issues, performance improvements for instance settings, and updates to user management and invitation flows.

Key fixes:

Fixed SSO pre-account takeover/hijacking via mass assignment vulnerability (thanks @lucquach)
Fixed internal PII leakage in /api/users endpoint accessible to authenticated users (thanks @de3erve, @lucquach)
Added optional email/username support when creating new users
Reworked user invitation flow for boards and projects, allowing email-based invitations for non-admin users when full email is provided
Improved InstanceSettings performance and ensured proper core.id handling in UI updates
