4ga Boards 3.3.8 Released

Key updates:

• Introduced system notifications that will be used to send information about new 4ga Boards releases, security fixes and rarely other system notifications and polls used to improve 4ga Boards
• Added SYSTEM_NOTIFICATIONS_DISABLED configuration support
• Improved email notification date formatting, syntax and localization handling

Key fixes:

• Fixed and hardened core variable handling in notifications
• Fixed Path Traversal leading to arbitrary file read/deletion in Board Export (thanks @lucquach)
• Fixed Pre-Account Takeover via SSO email linkage (thanks @lucquach)

• Implemented E2E testing setup using Cucumber, Playwright, and GitHub Actions CI, refined tooling and test flow
• Improved CI reliability across Docker Compose, health checks, background runs, and pnpm usage in pipelines

• Updated README documentation (including Discord link and additional fixes)
• Bumped multiple dependencies, including security and maintenance updates (HyperDX, date-fns, and more)
